After qualifying as a Lawyer, Murray Newlands worked as a Solicitor in Cambridge, UK. In 1999 he moved into marketing and founded Bull Media Limited with Delia Bull.
Murray built a team of experienced agency professionals to offer a broad range of services to UK and international companies operating in IT, life science and publishing markets. These services include E-commerce, brand design, direct marketing, marketing research and media relations. He was been involved in providing strategic and practical consultancy to a wide range of clients.

After Bull Media, Murray went on to become the Director of Marketing for Accord Group Online one of the UK's largest Pay Per Click marketing agencies. He followed that by taking the role of Head of Online Marketing for Best of the Best, a UK competition company. Murray became Director of Network at PrimeQ, Inc. He moved to the company at a time when there were many challenges and has gone on to turn around the UK operations. He has helped the company expand into a truly global operation.

In 2008, Murray founded Affiliateheat.com a media agency/network providing full delivery solutions for customer acquisition.

Affiliateheat.com will be launching a number of new product offerings and services to enhance the existing partnership opportunities and one of Murray’s goals is to see them reach their market potential.
