Skimlinks special feature, Skimlinks upgrade and it is cool!

Skimlinks have just announced a special feature I see it as an upgrade. It is actually pretty cool. Skimlinks is a great addition to any blog or content site. You just add their Javascript to your footer and it makes all of your links affiliate links automatically (if they have affiliate programs).

The current version of Skimlinks uses one of their URL’s in the redirect. You can now setup a Skimlinks to user your subdomain, something like ‘go.yourdomain.com’. (Note, replace ‘yourdomain’ with your actual site domain!).

This is a great improvement for the user expectance and should increase revenues so if you are using Skimlinks make the change asap.

How to upgrade Skimlinks?

STEP 2 – Add the domain to Skimlinks

Once you have added the line, your code should look similar to this: 

Simply save your new footer on-line and you will be live with your own custom domain for redirects.
