eBay Affiliate Program, eBay Director of Internet Marketing William Martin-Gill an interview at #ASE09

I managed to catch up with William Martin-Gill at Affiliate Summit East and ask him about the Ebay Affiliate Program and the eBay Partner Network which is there in house affiliate program.

-Will says that shopping comparison sites like www.stylehive.com/  and www.stylefeeder.com/  are doing well with eBay.
-Will says that you have to own your own websites to work with eBay affiliates and they are trying to get rid of affiliates using remnant inventory.
-Will talks about the eBay advancements with product feeds, they are bringing out actions and a new widget called custom banner which sounds a lot like google adsence.
