Scotts post Social Media Monitoring Tools – A buyer’s guide seems to have been very popular however I have been contacted by a number of people asking me to include them, update their information etc.
Rather than doing this in a hap hazard way I have decided to put to personally put together a more comprehensive buyer’s guide. I am not paid by anyone to recommend them nor have I ever been paid to do research in this area by a supplier so I will produce a truly objective piece of research. If you are a prospective buyer / user and would like to see a company in the guide please add their name in the comments with are a request, hopefully that way they will see it and get in contact with me.
I plan to do this in two stages.
Stage one will be a quicker update of Scotts report this may take few weeks.
Stage two being a more detailed report about what it is like using the tools over a longer time and the true benefits gained by using each one.
I am obviously hoping to include Visible Technologies, Radian6, SM2 (by Techrigy), Biz360, BuzzLogic, Trackur, and Social Mention.
