Tell me about your Blog?
The blog is a secret diary of a small London publishing office. Featuring everything all the workers and some of the managers really get up to when the boss has his back turned. All your usual office misdeeds including affairs, heartbreaking, backstabbing, bitching, rivalry, drugs, friendship, office politics, crap bosses and copious amounts of alcohol.
What was your first blog?
This is my first blog
What is the biggest tip you would give to a newbie blogger?
Don’t give up after a few posts and don’t get disheartened if initially no one is reading you – it takes time.
Have you ever suspected anyone in your office reads your blog?
I am fairly sure they don’t as I would be in big trouble then ha ha
What do bloggers do that you wish they wouldn’t?
I hate it when bloggers don’t acknowledge you – if you are commenting or supporting another blog it is nice to feel noticed and appreciated. I don;t expect them to follow me in return but never responding to comments is just rude.
Where do you see growth in the blogging field?
I think due to changes in the magazine and book industry more people will have access to the Internet when on the move. Perhaps the future for blogs is almost taking over from magazines and entertainment for the traveller or people waiting in stations etc.
What is one thing about you that not many people know?
I am left handed oh and my sister calls me kitkat
What’s your favourite book?
Anything by Kate Atkinson
What is on your iPod?
Mazzy Star, Into Dust
What are your contact details (email, company, blog, facebook, myspace, forums, etc)?
I am on twitter as covertkate. No facebook or myspace yet but maybe sometime.
What events do you go to?
Work events, conferences, awards and networkings.
Social, bars, clubs, markets etc
How do you prefer to communicate?
Either by email or face to face
